DESIGN PERFECTION
Over the past ten years, the Norwegian-American architect Peter Pran has won fifteen American and international architecture design competitions, twelve New York and three National AIA Design Awards, as well as three Progressive Architecture National Design Awards.
Design Principle at one the world’s largest architecture firms based in the USA, NBBJ, the internationally acclaimed architect is a master of dramatic forms, his designs are charaterised by fluidity, complexity and distinct energy.
To date, he has created landmark buildings in virtually every part of the world, including the USA, Europe, South America and Asia. Peter Pran now presents an architectural icon, in the heart of Singapore’s city,Marina Bay.
Inspired by the sun, wind and water, the glass-clad towers are uniquely fluid and contoured in shape, comparable to sculptures of art. From the culmination of shared ideas between the developer and architect,Marina Bay was envisioned as a towering sailboat that has arrived at the bay and permanently anchored itself.
